Jamie Courtney
President and Founder
Jamie Courtney is the President and founder of CSC Technologies, Inc., a leader in chemical water treatment solutions. With over 29 years of experience, Jamie has guided the company since its founding in 1995, offering tailored water treatment solutions to industrial and commercial clients.
He holds a MBA in Marketing from Loyola University Maryland and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Villanova University. As a Certified Water Treatment Specialist with the Association of Water Technologies, Jamie combines his technical and business expertise to provide sustainable and cost-effective water treatment solutions.
Under his leadership, CSC Technologies has earned a reputation for its customer-focused approach and innovative solutions, enhancing operational efficiency for clients across various industries.
James Courtney
Vice President
James Courtney is the Vice President of CSC Technologies, Inc., where he has been an integral part of the company since 2009. In his current role, he is responsible for driving strategic initiatives and business development, helping the company grow and innovate in the chemical water treatment industry.
He holds a M.S. in Environmental Science and Policy from The Johns Hopkins University and a B.S. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. James has built a solid foundation in both the technical and strategic aspects of water treatment, which allows him to lead with a comprehensive understanding of the business.
James’ journey at CSC Technologies began as a Field Service Technician, where he gained hands-on experience before advancing to leadership. His dedication to sustainability and customer-focused solutions continues to drive the company’s success.
Karen Courtney
Chief Financial Officer | CSC Technologies, Inc.
As the Chief Financial Officer at CSC Technologies, Inc., Karen Courtney is the driving force behind the company's financial strategy and operational efficiency. With unparalleled expertise in financial analysis, strategic planning, and organizational leadership, Karen oversees the company’s financial health, human resources, and accounts payable functions, shaping the organization’s growth and success.
With a career spanning over 38 years, Karen has consistently demonstrated a unique blend of leadership and financial acumen. Her career includes pivotal roles at New Jersey Bell, Bell Atlantic, and Verizon.
Karen is also an active member of Women in Water with the Association of Water Technologies (AWT).
Karen holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Montclair State University and an MBA in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University. In addition, she is certified in Human Resources.
